When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Salvador Lon sped through Zonca F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Timoteo Casado. Salvador Lon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Timoteo Casado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Salvador Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvador Lon made a kick off. Ruperto Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Guillermo Cordero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benicio Urko kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Zonca F.C.'s Timoteo Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Lon in the 57th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Augusto Frichoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvador Lon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blas Modestio scored 0-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timoteo Casado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 78 minutes, Dante Garikoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zonca F.C. and the Buffeteros players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Zonca F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Buffeteros:s goal. Blas Modestio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Casado having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Lon in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timoteo Casado saved Zonca F.C. from getting behind. Salvador Lon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 97th play minutes Salvador Lon shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Timoteo Casado and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match was over Buffeteros could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zonca F.C. throughout the match.
