After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Florentino Federigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haikyuu's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Federigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Harkaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Celestino Beremundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Harkaitz was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Alfonso Primo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25thth minute of the game Damaso Rameriz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haikyuu's Jacinto Mundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leandro Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Dario Harkaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafaela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Florentino Federigo scored to the left of an out of position Dario Harkaitz, making the score, 2-0. Dario Harkaitz was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Florentino Federigo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Florentino Federigo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. If Florentino Federigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Celestino Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dario Harkaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Haikyuu's Venancio Senen got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Juan Dantae ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Mundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Damaso Rameriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jacinto Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Harkaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Federigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alfonso Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Senen didn't quite understand what happened when in the 74 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Rafaela's Dario Harkaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Federigo in the 76th minute of play. If Celestino Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes into the match, Rafaela's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Federigo came free, but Dario Harkaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Leo Raymundo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rafaela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haikyuu the free kick. Leo Raymundo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Rafaela's Dario Harkaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Federigo in the 84th minute of play. Celestino Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Dario Harkaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Vasco in the 94th minute of play. Florentino Federigo took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Harkaitz. Dario Harkaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Haikyuu fully deserved thier win.
