The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Ignado got free with Jacinto Mundo in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Basilio Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 8 played minutes AporellosFC got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Hanni. AporellosFC's Anastasio Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Federigo in the 10th minute of play. Florentino Federigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Duardo having to interfere. When Alfonso Primo fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haikyuu's protests and gave Alfonso Primo a yellow card for diving instead. Alfonso Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. AporellosFC's Cristo Lorien came free and shot a quick shot against goal 23 minutes in the game, fortunately Jacinto Mundo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After a rather tough play, Haikyuu's Leopoldo Loco got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Basilio Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Jacinto Mundo managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when AporellosFC's Cristo Lorien fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anastasio Duardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Piarres in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th match minute, Haikyuu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Federigo to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Mundo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Cristo Lorien sent off a good shot on target. Florentino Federigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Duardo having to interfere. Anastasio Duardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Federigo in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florentino Federigo was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to AporellosFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Tiburcio Ignado hit a great ball. Anastasio Duardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Federigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jacinto Mundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Ignado in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Haikyuu's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Urdin came free, but Jacinto Mundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Primo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacinto Mundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Lorien in the 68th minute of the match. During the 73rd minute of the match Alfonso Primo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alfonso Primo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Alfonso Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Jacinto Mundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Milio in the 77th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Florentino Federigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Duardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Celestino Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AporellosFC had won after a very even match.
