The crowd rose to their feet as Alteza Balonpie's Geronimo Gelmiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael Bertran. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Ruisko during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patricio Ruisko kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Roberto Kimetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ismael Bertran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Kimetz in the 44th minute. Serafin Ladio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Eguzki went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Albano Elequemedo's late challenge caught a Alteza Balonpie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albano Elequemedo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Uturango FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Roberto Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Bertran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Herena scored 3-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Bertran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Uturango FC's Ismael Bertran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Kimetz in the 62nd minute of play. If Roberto Kimetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Oliverios in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafin Ladio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marco Oliverios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafin Ladio having to make a save. Marco Oliverios was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Alteza Balonpie's zone, Reynaldo Eguzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Ladio came out of the goal and Reynaldo Eguzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Marco Oliverios came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Uturango FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Oliverios couldn't finish the play. After 83 played minutes Uturango FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Resto. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alteza Balonpie's goalkeeper Serafin Ladio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 played minutes, Uturango FC's Godfredo Jaen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Serafin Ladio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uturango FC reached it. In the 98th match minute, Uturango FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Boni to maneuver through the defense.
