Santo Heli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Toribio in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, C.A.Nueva CHicago's goalkeeper Santo Heli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Toribio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Dodorol in the 28th minute of play forced Azul y Oro's goalkeeper Jeronimo Dantae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidel Toribio took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santo Heli. Santo Heli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Herminio Iraunkor fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azul y Oro's protests and gave Herminio Iraunkor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Azul y Oro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Iraunkor to maneuver through the defense. Santo Heli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Evarado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes C.A.Nueva CHicago got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Bernad. Gonzalo Raymundo's shot from long distance in the 40th minute was not bad at all, but C.A.Nueva CHicago's Santo Heli knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Jeronimo Dantae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Dodorol in the 46th minute of the match. After 46 minutes, Edgard Ixidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azul y Oro and the C.A.Nueva CHicago players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Azul y Oro getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Edgard Ixidor hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Dodorol to strike the kick off in the second half. Santo Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Toribio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Honorato Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Cisco scored 1-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeronimo Dantae, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Azul y Oro's Jeronimo Dantae proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Azul y Oro from getting a goal against them. Leopoldo Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Dantae having to interfere. Jeronimo Dantae made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generoso Cisco in the 86th minute. Jeronimo Dantae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Dodorol, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Fidel Toribio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
