Arsenio Charro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Cebo having to interfere. When La Maquina Roja's Arsenio Charro, in the 14th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for La Maquina Roja. Agustin Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Rosio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Agustin Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reverendo Alegria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Rosio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reverendo Alegria FC's Agustin Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Kemen in the 27th minute of play. Leopoldo Cebo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Kemen in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Reverendo Alegria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Charro came free, but Leopoldo Cebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arsenio Charro in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Cebo saved Reverendo Alegria FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute Arsenio Charro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Cebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Rosio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Machado in the 38th minute. After 42 played minutes La Maquina Roja got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Alfonso. In the 43rd minute, Nestor Sidro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laureano Rosio. The goal made the score 1-0. A collision led to Reverendo Alegria FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Epifanio Rufo hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arsenio Charro to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of La Maquina Roja booed when Reverendo Alegria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Cebo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Charro's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Reverendo Alegria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Charro came free, but Leopoldo Cebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Gualterio Kemen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Maquina Roja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. With his leg Leopoldo Cebo managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when La Maquina Roja's Gualterio Kemen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Epifanio Rufo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd of the match, Arsenio Charro tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Leopoldo Cebo got in the way and made a wonderful save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Maquina Roja eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
