Sivert Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Montrell in the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Montrell in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sivert Martinsson saved River Plate FC from getting behind. Narciso Panpili hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Pedro Dominic received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fernan Gonchan came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedro Dominic slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. Sivert Martinsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Montrell's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Norberto Henric sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabba Gabba CARP's Fernan Gonchan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Gabba Gabba CARP from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Gabba Gabba CARP's Simon Phelipe got a free kick in the 44th minute. Sivert Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Henric, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pedro Dominic made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salvador Montrell in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sivert Martinsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Salvador Montrell succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 55th playminute. In the 58th minute, Christian Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Montrell in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sivert Martinsson saved River Plate FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Venerando in the 62nd minute of play forced Gabba Gabba CARP's goalkeeper Fernan Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Montrell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Sivert Martinsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fernan Gonchan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. River Plate FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
