MANDIYU's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Correntoso FC the free kick. Ermegildo Geleberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Serafin Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Sanson came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Correntoso FC's Serafin Hitzeder. But to his dismay, Serafin Hitzeder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 24th match minute, MANDIYU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Quintyn to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Vladimiro Inocente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Sanson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, MANDIYU's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Hitzeder came free, but Mateo Sanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes MANDIYU got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Quintyn. 30 minutes into the match, MANDIYU's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Inocente came free, but Mateo Sanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Correntoso FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Emiliano Tonete scored to the left of an out of position Ermegildo Geleberto, making the score, 1-1. Ermegildo Geleberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Tonete in the 42nd minute of play forced Correntoso FC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Geleberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Aristides Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. MANDIYU's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Lobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience was convinced that Serafin Hitzeder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Sanson was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Mateo Sanson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Hitzeder in the 60th minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MANDIYU reached it. When Aristides Terciero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. In the 67th minute, Aristides Terciero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristides Lobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Geleberto having to interfere. Emiliano Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MANDIYU's Aristides Lobo got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Lobo in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Geleberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vladimiro Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Sanson having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Inocente notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of MANDIYU's Mateo Sanson. Mateo Sanson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Vladimiro Inocente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Correntoso FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
