Durazno FC's Marcelo Gorka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Isidor in the 4th minute of play. With his leg Aristides Faro managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Durazno FC's Timoteo Escobar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Dostoyevski getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cesar Ferrer hit a great ball. Eduardo Giro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timoteo Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Aristides Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Faro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timoteo Escobar went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Domiku in the 18th minute of play forced Durazno FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Gorka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Cesar Ferrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Dostoyevski booed when Durazno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Elpidio Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Fermin Domiku shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gorka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Tomás Niguel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fermin Domiku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Gorka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Isidor's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fermin Domiku was the one to do the kick off. When Pablo Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Durazno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Domingues couldn't finish the play. In the 52nd minute, Ceferino Montrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Durazno FC's zone, Elpidio Isidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gorka came out of the goal and Elpidio Isidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Fermin Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dostoyevski's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Domiku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Gorka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Elpidio Isidor could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Marcelo Gorka however easily saved by the left post. If Timoteo Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Giro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Aristides Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Gorka having to interfere. After 87 minutes of play, Dostoyevski's Fermin Domiku made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Gorka was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Marcelo Gorka managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Dostoyevski's Elpidio Isidor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 94 minutes into the match, Elpidio Isidor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Gorka. Durazno FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Isidor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Dostoyevski's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
