In the 13thth minute of the game Silverio Bordat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grasshopper FC's Federico Precioso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silverio Bordat hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Celestino Frescos short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Timoteo Ponc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Celestino Fresco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timoteo Ponc was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the game, Eloy Evarado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timoteo Ponc. Silverio Bordat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Precioso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Lileo AFC booed when Grasshopper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Haimar didn't get a good kick on the ball.
