Florentino Ariando ran back to his position shaking his head. 7 minutes into the match, La Cara's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Hug came free, but Jonas Nuno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Aballe hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Florentino Ariando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Guillelmo having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Calmayo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Ariando came free, but Mauro Guillelmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Cara's Abelardo Theodore got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Calmayo FC's Mauro Guillelmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Ariando in the 44th minute of play. Roque Duarte's late challenge caught a La Cara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Duarte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Roque Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 played minutes Calmayo FC got a freekick which was hit by Roque Duarte. In the 48th minute, Melquiades Aballe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Calmayo FC's Mauro Guillelmo didn't even have to move.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abelardo Theodore to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Calmayo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Florentino Ariando fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mauro Guillelmo, passed just outside the right post. If Cirilo Bemabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to La Cara getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lázaro Nel hit a great ball. La Cara were furious when Damian Gilesindo was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Cara! The referee gave Calmayo FC a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Silverio Igon, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of La Cara's Jonas Nuno. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florentino Ariando got free with Mauro Guillelmo in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Cirilo Bemabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leon Hug came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Calmayo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Hug couldn't finish the play. After 76 minutes of play, Calmayo FC's Leon Hug made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Nuno was left in no man's land by his defense there! 81 minutes into the match, Baldomero Giraldo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of La Cara's Jonas Nuno. Jonas Nuno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Baldomero Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Nuno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Hug's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Baldomero Giraldo sped through La Cara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonas Nuno.
