Spectators: 7265 (Terracing: 5450, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aristides Chaime kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Aristides Chaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Victoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Perico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jesus Txanton came out and tried to block the shot, but Aquilino Perico slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Dario Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Chaime, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, DEA's goalkeeper Jesus Txanton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ariel Galtero. Aquilino Perico had several of the DEA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 16 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Jesus Txanton as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vicente Guilabertus's late challenge caught a Candelarias AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Guilabertus helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Candelarias AFC booed when DEA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Guilabertus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Tiburcio Abascal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and DEA's Jesus Txanton didn't even have to move. 23 minutes into the match, DEA's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Perico came free, but Jesus Txanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute DEA were awarded a corner. Dante Solustiano went to the cornerflag to take it. David Cortez made a great header on DEA's corner, it was just that Candelarias AFC's Dario Victoro managed to reach the ball for a save. After 30 played minutes DEA got a freekick which was hit by Dante Solustiano. If Ariel Galtero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Dante Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Galtero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jesus Txanton made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Ariel Galtero sent off a good shot on target. After 48 played minutes Aquilino Perico could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 3-0 into the left cross. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquilino Perico was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Candelarias AFC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tiburcio Abascal hit a great ball. Dario Victoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Chaime in the 61st minute of play. Aquilino Perico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. DEA's Jesus Txanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Igon in the 71st minute of play. Dario Victoro made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Hector Balasi sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Hector Balasi notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Candelarias AFC's Dario Victoro. Dario Victoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Hector Balasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. DEA's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Balasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Victoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Candelarias AFC's goalkeeper Dario Victoro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hector Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Victoro having to interfere. 99 minutes into the match, DEA's Vicente Guilabertus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dario Victoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Candelarias AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of DEA for a fine match.
