Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Teodolina's Christian Tristan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cirilo Ignado came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Xema Team's Fermin Marko. But to his dismay, Fermin Marko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With an all-out effort, Xema Team's Cirilo Ignado threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nemesio Lertxun, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 10 minutes into the match, Xema Team's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Tristan came free, but Froilan Canor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Teodolina booed when Xema Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Marko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes, Teodolina's Dalmacio Oalo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Froilan Canor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Teodolina reached it. Cirilo Ignado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Hegoi in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Teodolina's Atilano Azeari made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Canor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodolina's Atilano Azeari got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Christian Tristan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Xema Team's Froilan Canor. Froilan Canor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Atilano Azeari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximino Hegoi got free with Cirilo Ignado in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Teodolina's Erubiel Euloxu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 37 minutes, Claudio Palben mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Teodolina and the Xema Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. Claudio Palben kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Nemesio Lertxun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cirilo Ignado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nemesio Lertxun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Ignado acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 46th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fernando Hibai.

Christian Tristan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Atilano Azeari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teodolina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilano Azeari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christian Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Froilan Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Atilano Azeari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Maximino Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Froilan Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Tristan, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. With his leg Froilan Canor managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Teodolina's Atilano Azeari fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cirilo Ignado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Lertxun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Ignado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Lertxun's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Christian Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atilano Azeari came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Froilan Canor could save by the left post. If Maximino Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
