Niceto Bartoli came out of the goal and Pastor Michael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mencué FC's Niceto Bartoli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Mencué FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Iron Cowboy FC booed when Mencué FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Ourente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Ereinotz kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Orlando Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Ixaka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Orlando Millan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mencué FC's Gaspar Dominguez got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Rico in the 16th minute of play forced Iron Cowboy FC's goalkeeper Orlando Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Iron Cowboy FC defense, Eriberto Rico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orlando Millan. The Iron Cowboy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlando Millan should have stopped the shot. Eulalio Tallia let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 20th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. 23 minutes into the game, Mencué FC's Gaspar Dominguez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Millan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 28 minutes in the game, Eulalio Tallia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Niceto Bartoli having to interfere. Anibal Camerino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Niceto Bartoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Gregory might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Bartoli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Gregory ran back to his position shaking his head. Gabriel Gregory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Bartoli having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Gaspar Dominguez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Orlando Millan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Virgilio Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Orlando Millan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Eulalio Tallia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iron Cowboy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Tallia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Bartoli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 72nd play minutes Gaspar Dominguez shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Orlando Millan and just under the crossbar into goal. Anibal Camerino hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Millan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Gregory in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Bartoli saved Mencué FC from getting behind. Niceto Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Gabriel Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Ourente in the 96th minute of play forced Iron Cowboy FC's goalkeeper Orlando Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Iron Cowboy FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
