In the 5th match minute, Barreal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Lano to maneuver through the defense. Severino Raebert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Farias having to make a save. Gonzalo Chan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eulalio Roderigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Eulalio Roderigo was a little too slow when Lino Ramirez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 16th minute, Desiderio Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Lino Ramirez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 24 minutes into the match, Barreal's Lino Ramirez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eulalio Roderigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gonzalo Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Eulalio Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonzalo Chan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Chan got free with Eulalio Roderigo in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Guillelmo struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Emanuel Farias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeso AFC. If Marco Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barreal's Gonzalo Chan got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Guillelmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Farias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Baltasar Loreto kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Emanuel Farias acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Honorato Oso. Adolfo Loi kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Guillelmo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Farias saved Barreal from getting behind. 67 minutes into the game, Adolfo Loi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barreal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yeso AFC the free kick. 69 minutes into the match, Severino Raebert dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuel Farias, 1-1. After having played for 74 minutes, Lino Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barreal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Ramirez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honorato Matteo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barreal's goalkeeper Emanuel Farias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emanuel Farias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Guillelmo in the 82nd minute of play. Marco Guillelmo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Emanuel Farias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeso AFC. In the 88th minute, Lino Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Emanuel Farias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Farias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Guillelmo in the 94th minute of the match. Maximiliano Abaunza charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximiliano Abaunza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Yeso AFC a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Honorato Oso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Barreal's Emanuel Farias. 1-2. The Barreal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yeso AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Yeso AFC.
