Jorge Criston charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Criston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodio FC's Alfredo Argoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camilo Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Lepá FC's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Quilino came free, but Serafino Guillerme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Romeo Balendin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joaquin Pitin. Romeo Balendin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Rafael Leizarraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. In the 31st minute, Everardo Quilino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rodio FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Everardo Quilino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafino Guillerme having to make a save. 47 minutes into the match, Camilo Tomi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lepá FC's Serafino Guillerme. Serafino Guillerme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Lepá FC's Leon Caetano pulled a muscle in his leg after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benigno Aguilera during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Rodio FC got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Aguilera. Serafino Guillerme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Tomi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Lepá FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Everardo Quilino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodio FC's Camilo Tomi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Serafino Guillerme. That made the score 1-3 after 71 minutes of play. Camilo Tomi struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Serafino Guillerme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodio FC. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lepá FC's goalkeeper Serafino Guillerme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Everardo Quilino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafino Guillerme having to make a save. Rafael Leizarraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
