The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Rodio FC's Camilo Tomi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauro Ospin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Augusto Hermelando kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Camilo Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 minutes of play, Rodio FC's Camilo Tomi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Ospin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celedonio Frutos's late challenge caught a Rodio FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Frutos helped the player get up and apologised. Camilo Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Everardo Quilino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augusto Hermelando kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. If Freddy Isias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Freddy Isias made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Rodio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Tomi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Camilo Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rodio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Tomi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Ospin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Camilo Tomi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mauro Ospin. That made the score 0-2 in the 60 minute of play. Mauro Ospin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Tomi, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Santo Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Pablo Deunoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes Rodio FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Deunoro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Quilino got free with Mauro Ospin in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodio FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfredo Argoitz in the 85th minute. The corner led to Rodio FC's Javier Salomone getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Everardo Quilino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Ospin made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Everardo Quilino sent off a good shot on target. The Benard fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rodio FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
