One of LANUS FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Lonja FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Gogo Azevedo, was totally fooled by La Lonja FC's Cirilo Restu, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Henric in the 8th minute of play forced La Lonja FC's goalkeeper Zacarias Endira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes, Christian Lordi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LANUS FC and the La Lonja FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Albino Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Siro Frances came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the La Lonja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Frances couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in La Lonja FC's zone, Christian Lordi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Endira came out of the goal and Christian Lordi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Albino Franco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gogo Azevedo. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Siro Frances got free with Gogo Azevedo in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ildefonso Cerilo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to LANUS FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Severino Oliverio hit a great ball. Albino Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the game, Hilario Rivas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LANUS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Lonja FC the free kick. Hilario Rivas hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Siro Frances took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gogo Azevedo. Gogo Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Gogo Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albino Franco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. Primitivo Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Endira having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, La Lonja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Lordi came free, but Zacarias Endira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, La Lonja FC's Siro Frances nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gogo Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When Albino Franco came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the La Lonja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Franco couldn't finish the play. LANUS FC's Gogo Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Franco in the 74th minute of play. Albino Franco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gogo Azevedo having to make a save. Gogo Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Frances, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Primitivo Henric struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Zacarias Endira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LANUS FC. If Siro Frances had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Franco in the 84th minute of play forced LANUS FC's goalkeeper Gogo Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albino Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Azevedo having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Ildefonso Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute of the match La Lonja FC got a corner. LANUS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cirilo Restu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Anibal Hitz tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Gogo Azevedo. An unnecessary self made goal, 5-0 in the 99th minute. La Lonja FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LANUS FC for a fine match.
