After 2 played minutes RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Mario Erauso. SaraserosFc's Evaristo Nevada got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zeledon Enmanuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Matro having to interfere. Evaristo Nevada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Ibañez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Primitivo Caradaro in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marciano Ibañez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Guillermo Turi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SaraserosFc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB the free kick. Guillermo Turi kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. When Evaristo Iyan came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Iyan couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Enmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marciano Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Caradaro in the 29th minute of play. Evaristo Iyan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute Serafin Gaizkine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB's Zeledon Enmanuel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnulfo Matro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evaristo Iyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Iyan was the one to do the kick off. In the 61st minute, Zeledon Enmanuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Evaristo Nevada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Caradaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Marciano Ibañez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Ibañez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Caradaro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Primitivo Caradaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Ibañez made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Evaristo Nevada sent off a good shot on target. When Mario Erauso fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB's protests and gave Mario Erauso a yellow card for diving instead. Mario Erauso kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Primitivo Caradaro charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Caradaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute, Primitivo Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB's Marciano Ibañez got control of the ball when Evaristo Nevada tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th match minute, SaraserosFc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Eron to maneuver through the defense. If Zeledon Enmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Iyan took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Matro. Arnulfo Matro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Marciano Ibañez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Nevada in the 90th minute. If Evaristo Iyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. RED DEVILS FOOTBALL CLUB were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
