Miguel Markel hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Narciso Estebano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Abaurre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Estebano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Janpier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Narciso Estebano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enrique Abaurre. That made the score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. If Jairo Enmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, MIAMI SOL F.C.'s Ariel Orlin got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jairo Enmanuel to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Ishmael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in MIAMI SOL F.C.'s zone, Alberto Ishmael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Abar came out of the goal and Alberto Ishmael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Abaurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Ugaitz in the 58th minute of the match. Jairo Enmanuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, MIAMI SOL F.C.'s Miguel Markel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Miguel Markel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MIAMI SOL F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Miguel Markel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Tiburcio Abar had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Eloy Espiridion's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Enrique Abaurre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Ugaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Orlando Janpier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, FERDINAND FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Janpier came free, but Enrique Abaurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind MIAMI SOL F.C.'s goalkeeper Tiburcio Abar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
