But to his dismay, Bartolo Roderigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With his leg Mario Frascuelo managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when sportivo barracas's Froilan Confesor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Bartolo Roderigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Abastas having to interfere. Bartolo Roderigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Filomeno Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Satanes fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Satanes's Bartolo Roderigo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 83rd minute Astor Frances shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Abastas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfredo Tolino hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Octavio Pasqual was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Romeo Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Satanes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
