Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Arotza in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Quintana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Quintana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Arotza in the 8th minute of the match. Ladislao Raphael shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ermegildo Arotza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Oscar Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Arotza in the 17th minute of play forced Balbastro's goalkeeper Oscar Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Peio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Oscar Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Mateo Peio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateo Peio got free with Oscar Quintana in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Balbastro's Oscar Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Arotza in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes Balbastro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ladislao Raphael who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Navarro's Ladislao Raphael to fire away a dangerous shot which Oscar Quintana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Mateo Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Navarro's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Peio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Quintana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, Navarro's Ermegildo Arotza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oscar Quintana. Oscar Quintana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Mauricio Txerran came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Balbastro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Txerran couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Ermegildo Arotza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Leonides Policarpio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Arotza to strike the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Arotza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar Quintana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Arotza in the 55th minute of play forced Balbastro's goalkeeper Oscar Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Mateo Peio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Quintana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Mariano Sanduru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balbastro's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Sanduru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hipolito Alonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mauricio Txerran, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 68 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hipolito Alonso was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, Mariano Sanduru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Hipolito Alonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mariano Sanduru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hipolito Alonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. If Mateo Peio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Quintana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Peio in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Mateo Peio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Quintana. Balbastro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Peio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Fabricio Theobald kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Navarro's Hipolito Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Navarro from getting a goal against them. Navarro's Hipolito Alonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Txerran in the 90th minute of play. Oscar Quintana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
