But to his dismay, Gustavo Venceslas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Valentin Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Lastur in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Delmar Lando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Valentin Bartuelo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hermengildo Guzman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artemio Intxixu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Felipe Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Artemio Intxixu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artemio Intxixu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Lonzo in the 41st minute of play. Gustavo Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Lastur was the one to do the kick off. Artemio Intxixu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Vicente Sauveur sent off a good shot on target. Delmar Lando hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Felipe Chaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Intxixu having to interfere. Holanda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Gustavo Venceslas scored to the left of an out of position Artemio Intxixu, making the score, 1-2. Hermengildo Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, capt fc's Hermengildo Guzman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artemio Intxixu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valentin Bartuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Lando in the 75th minute of play. Holanda's Artemio Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Venceslas in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th play minute Samuel Rameriz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Artemio Intxixu. 1-4. 81 minutes into the game, Honorio Primeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holanda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave capt fc the free kick. After 82 played minutes Holanda got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Primeiro. Artemio Intxixu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidio Lonzo's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Hermengildo Guzman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Guido Tiadoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Intxixu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Holanda's Gavino Bento got a free kick in the 95th minute.
