He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gon FC reached it. 12 minutes into the match, Gon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Lando came free, but Marcos Jusepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Jatsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Holanda's Delmar Lando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Jusepe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Delmiro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Celedonio Rik fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gon FC's protests and gave Celedonio Rik a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Holanda booed when Gon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Rik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astor Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If David Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Gabrio in the 51st minute of play forced Holanda's goalkeeper Artemio Intxixu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Benedicto Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Jusepe was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Benedicto Lastur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
