Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bernardo Bladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Epifanio Elequemedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paunero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Bernardo Bladi struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Gaspar Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelco. Gaspar Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Elequemedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Iaki having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Pedro Tabby recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodrigo Iaki. Pedro Tabby showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 35th minute, Carlos Belo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Tabby was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. Paunero's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
