Sosa AFC's Gonzalo Eliazar got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Goito kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Isótopos FC's Aureliano Ramone got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Ciro Abarca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Chago skillfully saved the ball. If Amado Opilano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Eliazar in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Chago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 28 minutes into the game, Isótopos FC's Nunez Ezkerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Jax made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Gonzalo Eliazar put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ermegildo Chago. After a defensive mix-up in Isótopos FC's zone, Amado Opilano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Chago came out of the goal and Amado Opilano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 49 minutes into the match, Isótopos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Eliazar came free, but Ermegildo Chago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gonzalo Eliazar to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Opilano in the 53rd minute of play forced Isótopos FC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Chago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Fix hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Amado Opilano put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ermegildo Chago. Amado Opilano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ermegildo Chago came out and tried to block the shot, but Amado Opilano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 59th minute. A collision led to Isótopos FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Aureliano Ramone hit a great ball. Ermegildo Chago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Eliazar in the 68th minute of the match. Gonzalo Eliazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Chago having to interfere. In the 73rd minute of the match Zacarias Iaki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Chago skillfully saved the ball. Isótopos FC were furious when Lucas Goito was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The goalkeeper, Ermegildo Chago, was totally fooled by Sosa AFC's Alonzo Gai, who 77 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Gonzalo Eliazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureliano Ramone during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aureliano Ramone kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Sosa AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
