Simon Todor hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Jaime Ospetsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paolo Perez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Bernaldo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Generoso Bernaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paolo Perez was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the game, Simon Todor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Generoso Bernaldo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Perez saved Barracas Central from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Todor was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Real Suciedad's Edelmiro Monico got a free kick in the 54th minute. Paolo Perez made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Jaime Ospetsu sent off a good shot on target. Valentin Txindoki was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. It was beautiful to see Barracas Central's Isidro Celino in action when he in the 67th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 71 minutes into the match, Barracas Central's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Bernaldo came free, but Paolo Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Ospetsu made in the 75th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barracas Central's Oscar Benet. If Oscar Benet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
