Blas Intxixu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ruperto Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Leo Ireno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hector Francho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Amador Senin fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toay's protests and gave Amador Senin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Toay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Senin to maneuver through the defense. Hector Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Ireno, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Arturo Cebo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruperto Machado. Arturo Cebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Jacinto Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Solomillo al Horno's Leo Ireno, in the 33rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Solomillo al Horno. After having played for 34 minutes, Jacinto Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solomillo al Horno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Raymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Solomillo al Horno booed when Toay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Gervaso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blas Intxixu in the 40th minute. Ruperto Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Cebo in the 42nd minute of the match. Claudio Ekhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Cebo made a kick off. Claudio Ekhi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Francho having to interfere. With his leg Hector Francho managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Solomillo al Horno's Leo Ireno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leo Ireno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Solomillo al Horno booed when Toay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Gervaso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleto Rodas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Francho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Leo Irenos short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Hector Francho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Toay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Claudio Ekhi scored to the left of an out of position Hector Francho, making the score, 1-2. When Jacinto Raymond came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Solomillo al Horno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Raymond couldn't finish the play. After having played for 80 minutes, Jacinto Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solomillo al Horno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Raymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leo Ireno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Hector Francho made a huge save. Leo Irenos short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Hector Francho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ruperto Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Toay fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Solomillo al Horno were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
