The F.C Hammer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victoriano Arlo should have stopped the shot. The Ituzaingó AFC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Ituzaingó AFC's Dante Sagrario looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Sagrario in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Arlo saved F.C Hammer from getting behind. When Dante Sagrario came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ituzaingó AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Sagrario couldn't finish the play. Saturnino Monte hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Freddy Liher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Victoriano Arlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C Hammer's goalkeeper Victoriano Arlo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victoriano Arlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Guillem, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes, Lucas Urti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C Hammer and the Ituzaingó AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ituzaingó AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dante Sagrario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Arlo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Freddy Liher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Ituzaingó AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.C Hammer.
