Domingo Jakue started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Kracatunga FC booed when Mogotes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mogotes's Adrian Aurre tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Alvaro Papo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kracatunga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Papo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Aurre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvaro Papo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Aurre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Kracatunga FC's Alvaro Papo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvaro Papo struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Adrian Aurre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kracatunga FC. Alvaro Papo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Adrian Aurre firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alvaro Papo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Adrian Aurre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Nastasio took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucio Fertus. Lucio Fertus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Adrian Aurre made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Alvaro Papo sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Oriche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Aurre having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciriaco Ortzi made a kick off. Ciriaco Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Papo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Aurre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Jakue's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Adrian Aurre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Alvaro Papo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Ciriaco Ortzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mogotes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Ortzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eulalio Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Aurre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
