Jimeno Dunixi made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Primitivo Heriberto sent off a good shot on target. If Moises Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Uhin during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Monteverde AFC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ramiro Uhin hit a great ball. If Cipriano Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monteverde AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Primitivo Heriberto scored to the left of an out of position Jimeno Dunixi, making the score, 1-1. Benicio Ur's late challenge caught a Monteverde AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benicio Ur helped the player get up and apologised. Benicio Ur hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Benigno Celio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Berdaitz in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Tejeda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Frechoso to maneuver through the defense. Nereo Tello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benigno Celio. Tejeda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Tejeda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Xabat to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Monteverde AFC's goalkeeper Jimeno Dunixi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Corderall. Jimeno Dunixi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Corderall, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Benigno Celio had great luck who in the 81stth minute grab hold of the ball when Apolo Berdaitz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ramiro Uhin kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Jimeno Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Heriberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Monteverde AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Monteverde AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
