A collision led to diLOL getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Julian Veronica hit a great ball. When Kracatunga FC's Domingo Jakue in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye diLOL's goalie prevented a goal. Kracatunga FC's Lucio Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Teodor in the 8th minute of play. Lucio Fertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Teodor in the 11th minute of play forced Kracatunga FC's goalkeeper Lucio Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Papo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Abel Frans made a huge save. When Julian Veronica fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored diLOL's protests and gave Julian Veronica a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kracatunga FC booed when diLOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Veronica didn't get a good kick on the ball. Israel Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lucio Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Frans was a little too slow when Domingo Jakue got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Israel Teodor in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucio Fertus saved Kracatunga FC from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Kracatunga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Cebo came free, but Lucio Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kracatunga FC's Lucio Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Cebo in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, diLOL's Julian Veronica got a free kick in the 41st minute. A long shot from Delmar Dacio in the 42nd minute of play was well struck, but Abel Frans made a really good save at the right post. Lucio Fertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Teodor, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Israel Teodor made the kick off in the second half. If Domingo Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Lucio Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Fertus having to interfere. Israel Teodor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucio Fertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Lucio Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, diLOL's Lucio Fertus threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Israel Teodor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Augusto Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Cebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Lucio Fertus made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Israel Teodor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucio Fertus, 1-1. Lucio Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Teodor in the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Augusto Cebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. diLOL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Cebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Mitxaut charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Mitxaut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of diLOL booed when Kracatunga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Mitxaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the diLOL players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
