In the 62nd minute, Primitivo Heriberto made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Frisco. BayernMünchen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Tejeda's zone, Eduardo Crispo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benigno Celio came out of the goal and Eduardo Crispo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 played minutes BayernMünchen got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Resto. After some careless play in the BayernMünchen defense, Primitivo Heriberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Frisco. The BayernMünchen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Frisco should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute of the match Rodolfo Xabat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergio Frisco skillfully saved the ball. Cipriano Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Frisco having to interfere. If Eduardo Crispo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Corderall in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
