The referee ignored Riverplay FC's protests and gave Eloy Pacorro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rohirrim booed when Riverplay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Pacorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rdth minute of the game Gabriel Rainerio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riverplay FC's Alfonso Jaume was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gabriel Rainerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Alfonso Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Ciro Gonzo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Riverplay FC's Alfonso Jaume. Alfonso Jaume was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingos Rafe made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Jose Pietro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Riverplay FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gabriel Rainerio struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Alfonso Jaume didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rohirrim. Ciro Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Riverplay FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rohirrim:s goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Amado Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riverplay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Truylos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ciro Gonzo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Rohirrim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Gonzo couldn't finish the play. Gabriel Rainerio struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Alfonso Jaume didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rohirrim. If Leonides Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Pietro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Francesco having to interfere. Norberto Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. David Francesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Ciro Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rohirrim's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Gonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Jaume breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
