Astor Lucian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Nardo in the 5th minute of play. Guillermo Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Astor Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute of the match Aldo Tiadoro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Cordarin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Tobias Botello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores del Acha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zenit Club the free kick. In the 12th match minute, Defensores del Acha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Botello to maneuver through the defense. Raul Tibalt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Paolo Cordarin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gervasio Olayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Defensores del Acha's Melquiades Nardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Lucian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 26 minutes of play, Defensores del Acha's Guillermo Pirmin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Lucian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paolo Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Olayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Astor Lucian didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Defensores del Acha's Melquiades Nardo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. During the 35th minute of the match Tobias Botello completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tobias Botello a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 37 minutes into the match, Defensores del Acha's goalkeeper Paolo Cordarin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Tibalt. When Guillermo Pirmin came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Defensores del Acha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Pirmin couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Guillermo Pirmin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narciso Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

Guillermo Pirmin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Astor Lucian made a huge save. Paolo Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Olayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Guillermo Pirmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Defensores del Acha booed when Zenit Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Nardo struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Astor Lucian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores del Acha. Oscar Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Lucian having to interfere. Guillermo Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Astor Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Zenit Club's Astor Lucian got control of the ball when Guillermo Pirmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raul Tibalt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Paolo Cordarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute Raul Tibalt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Defensores del Acha players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
