Anacleto Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Loi having to interfere. When Rigoberto Bermund came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Las Mil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Bermund couldn't finish the play. With his leg Federico Loi managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Las Mil FC's Rigoberto Bermund fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Laureano Tallia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gilberto Tebaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Mil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Tebaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After having played for 78 minutes, Rigoberto Bermund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Mil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Bermund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Las Mil FC's Rigoberto Bermund got a free kick in the 80th minute. Anacleto Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Federico Loi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Bermund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Las Mil FC were the better team. Las Mil FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
