When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Leopoldo Bernebe sped through Beruti AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfonso Eusko. Leopoldo Bernebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Eusko having to interfere. With 33 minutes on the clock, Miguel Maurin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Miguel Maurin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Eduardo Maurin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Beruti AFC fans jumped to their feet. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Maurin made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Boca's zone, Esteve Savion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Abecia came out of the goal and Esteve Savion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Constantino Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Eusko having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Maurin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Justo Abecia. That made the score 1-2 in the 62 minute of play. Boca's Leopoldo Bernebe quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Celedonio Naelio, made in the 65th minute of the game. If Constantino Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A throw-in in the 69th minute of the game was made by Celedonio Naelio with Lino Vigil as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Constantino Nesor came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Boca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Nesor couldn't finish the play. Silvio Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Lino Tiniebra fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca's protests and gave Lino Tiniebra a yellow card for diving instead. Lino Tiniebra hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Mauricio Galoer, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The Boca manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Beruti AFC to win.
