Spectators: 7187 (Terracing: 5392, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) Agustin Txomin made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Potrerillos AFC booed when Capioví FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Gelacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchor Cugat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Boniel having to interfere. Bartolo Boniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Dacio in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Capioví FC's Alejo Kaxen got a free kick in the 9th minute. After some careless play in the Capioví FC defense, Lisandro Castel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartolo Boniel. The Capioví FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartolo Boniel should have stopped the shot. Agustin Txomin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Anacleto Serapio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Hernan Izotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Cugat struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Bartolo Boniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Potrerillos AFC. Agustin Txomin took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anacleto Serapio. Anacleto Serapio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Bartolo Boniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Estebe in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Melchor Cugat made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Dacio in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Boniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anacleto Serapio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Txomin in the 70th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Melchor Cugat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Jayvier kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Lisandro Castel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Munio kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Potrerillos AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Capioví FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
