Spectators: 5865 (Terracing: 4800, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 65) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leandro Alonso got the match started through his kick off. Voluntad FC's Santiago Bazil got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eriberto Gomez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrado Asur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Baldomiro Dantae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Voluntad FC's Santiago Bazil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomiro Dantae made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carmelo Nerio made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Leandro Alonso sent off a good shot on target. Denis Berdaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Maltide FC's Eriberto Gomez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carmelo Nerio. That made the score 1-1 after 18 minutes of play. Arnulfo Abar's late challenge caught a Maltide FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Abar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Voluntad FC's Arnulfo Abar got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Leo Theobald came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Maltide FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Theobald couldn't finish the play. Maltide FC's Baldomiro Dantae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Bazil in the 29th minute of play. Baldomiro Dantae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Eriberto Gomez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Carmelo Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Denis Berdaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santiago Bazil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baldomiro Dantae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Bazil in the 58th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Maltide FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Dantae had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero Nalo. In the 72nd minute Santiago Bazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Dantae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braulio Jakes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Denis Berdaitz came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Maltide FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Berdaitz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Voluntad FC's Marcelino Fonda got a free kick in the 81st minute. Leo Theobald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Denis Berdaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Voluntad FC's Carmelo Nerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Gomez in the 89th minute of play. Carmelo Nerio came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Maltide FC's Eriberto Gomez. But to his dismay, Eriberto Gomez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Maltide FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
