Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Anibal Pudes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sportivo Capucha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Anibal Pudes scored to the left of an out of position Dalmacio Faro, making the score, 1-0. Andres Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sportivo Capucha's Dalmacio Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Pudes in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Genaro Soter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genaro Fernandez took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Cilio. Andres Cilio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Ugutz got free with Dalmacio Faro in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anibal Pudes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalmacio Faro having to make a save. Augusto Napier charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augusto Napier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Augusto Napier kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Anibal Pudes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmacio Faro skillfully saved the ball. Dalmacio Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Pudes in the 41st minute of play. Dalmacio Faro made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Severo Ugutz sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Arnalt made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Claypole got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Dolfos. With an all-out effort, Sportivo Capucha's Andres Cilio threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Genaro Arnalt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Capucha's goalkeeper Dalmacio Faro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Severo Ugutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 64 minutes, Anibal Pudes made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sportivo Capucha's Dalmacio Faro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Severo Ugutz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Claypole fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Anibal Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sportivo Capucha getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Antonio Salomon hit a great ball. Ulises Macias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Claypole had played much better football throughout.
