Villa Atuel FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Maore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ubaldo Sidro was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaudencio Liher in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. After some careless play in the Villa Atuel FC defense, Serafino Olentzaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Havier. The Villa Atuel FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Havier should have stopped the shot. If Zeledon Maore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. Chalanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Che was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emiliano Havier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Maore in the 83rd minute of the match. Zeledon Maore struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Emiliano Havier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chalanta. 91 minutes into the match, Mario Che had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Havier.
