The audience thought a goal was coming when Erubiel Sansone got free with Sebastian Eliu in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erubiel Sansone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Erubiel Sansone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Sansone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Eliu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Constantino Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos F.C.'s Erubiel Sansone got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristobal Gasteiz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Santos F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 25th match minute, Famaillá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Eutor to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Erubiel Sansone made a precise shot to the right of Sebastian Eliu. Famaillá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Famaillá's Sebastian Eliu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Famaillá from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Famaillá's goalkeeper Sebastian Eliu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Sansone. Sebastian Eliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Gasteiz in the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Santos F.C. booed when Famaillá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Constantino Edur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Famaillá the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Santos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Edur to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Celso Gimenez made the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Eliu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristobal Gasteiz went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Erasmo Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Armando Jatsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Gimenez in the 60th minute of play. Erubiel Sansone scored 4-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Eliu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Eliu came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos F.C.'s Constantino Edur. But to his dismay, Constantino Edur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Erubiel Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sebastian Eliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Santos F.C.'s Constantino Edur in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Famaillá's goalie prevented a goal. Santos F.C.'s Hipolito Berto got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Eliu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Sansone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Famaillá's Sebastian Eliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Gasteiz in the 85th minute of play. Sebastian Eliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Gasteiz in the 87th minute of the match. Hipolito Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Sebastian Eliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Famaillá's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Gasteiz came free, but Sebastian Eliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erubiel Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sebastian Eliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Sansone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Eliu having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Santos F.C. had played much better football throughout.
