Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Evaristo Iliana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Castle FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Iliana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Sagrario in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Lia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vicente Rayman made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ezequiel Abalos sent off a good shot on target. Mateo Lia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Sagrario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Iliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mateo Lia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Lia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Iliana in the 27th minute of the match. Maravilla's Ezequiel Abalos got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Lia having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, one of Maravilla:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Iliana to make the kick off. Maravilla's Mateo Lia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Sagrario in the 56th minute of play. Mateo Lia made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Leonides Sagrario sent off a good shot on target. Leonides Sagrario who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Mateo Lia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Ezequiel Abalos got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Eusebio Mannie shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateo Lia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eustaquio Lapurdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Abalos in the 69th minute of play forced New Castle FC's goalkeeper Vicente Rayman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Iliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Mateo Lia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the game, Maravilla's Eusebio Firman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Rayman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 92 played minutes New Castle FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Montez. New Castle FC's Vicente Rayman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Abalos in the 94th minute of play. Leonides Sagrario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Mateo Lia made a huge save. Matias Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
