Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Prospero Iyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Teofilo Nardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Iyan in the 16th minute of play forced El Gato Lopez FC's goalkeeper Teofilo Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eulalio Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, El Gato Lopez FC's Delmiro Pabla got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Eulalio Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Nardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Nardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eulalio Araoz's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Amado Bermund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Amado Bermund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes, Cleto Mede mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keith Richards project RC and the El Gato Lopez FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Gregorio Argi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Argi was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Teofilo Nardo managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Keith Richards project RC's Prospero Iyan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Gregorio Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Bermund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gabriel Asteri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eulalio Araoz came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Keith Richards project RC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Araoz couldn't finish the play. Gabriel Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Bermund, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Teofilo Nardo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 81st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Amado Quin. Amado Bermund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Asteri having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Paulino Isusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of El Gato Lopez FC booed when Keith Richards project RC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Gato Lopez FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Keith Richards project RC for a fine match.
