In the 11th minute, Celso Fidencio made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Faro. Araujo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Leo Lizbeth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Oalo in the 17th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nemesio Calixto during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Araujo AFC's zone, Leon Ourente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Faro came out of the goal and Leon Ourente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Ourente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Araujo AFC's Rafael Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Fidencio in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 52nd minute Leon Ourente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Celso Fidencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Faro was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 64th match minute, La Pandilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Ledesma to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, La Pandilla's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Maule came free, but Leo Lizbeth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes La Pandilla got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Vincent. After 73 played minutes, Araujo AFC's Vicente Errolan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leo Lizbeth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Araujo AFC reached it. 75 minutes into the match, La Pandilla's Celso Fidencio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Faro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Celso Fidencio lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Rafael Faro. 81 minutes into the match, La Pandilla's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Maule came free, but Leo Lizbeth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Oalo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Rafael Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Ourente in the 87th minute of play. Celso Fidencio struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Rafael Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Pandilla. When Leon Ourente came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the La Pandilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Ourente couldn't finish the play. The Araujo AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Pandilla were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
