Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Lavalia's Anier Incendio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnulfo Costante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Incendio in the 14th minute of play. Celso Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Durazno FC's Celso Sidro got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute Aurelio Larra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Costante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
