Spectators: 7166 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 83) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dalmacio Fix started the match with the kick off. If Justino Erramu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas Silban came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's Dalmacio Fix. But to his dismay, Dalmacio Fix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Kīlauea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Hanni came free, but Nicolas Silban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th play minute Justino Erramu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clemente Lucila. 1-1. Daniel Maxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Lucila having to interfere. SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Daniel Maxin 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Dalmacio Fix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Nicolas Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Dalmacio Fix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Fix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Fix in the 28th minute of play forced Kīlauea FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Silban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justino Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Clemente Lucila made a huge save. After some careless play in the Kīlauea FC defense, Dalmacio Fix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Silban. The Kīlauea FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Silban should have stopped the shot. Justino Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Clemente Lucila made a huge save. Clemente Lucila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justino Erramu in the 43rd minute. After the first half SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Maxin to make the kick off. Clemente Lucila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's Clemente Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Maxin in the 61st minute of play. If Daniel Maxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Kīlauea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Fix came free, but Nicolas Silban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Silban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Fix, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Florencio Aureo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Venerando to maneuver through the defense. When Justino Erramu came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Kīlauea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Erramu couldn't finish the play. SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN's Florencio Aureo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Kīlauea FC's zone, Dalmacio Fix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Silban came out of the goal and Dalmacio Fix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SAN MARTIN DE SAN JUAN had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
