Cirilo Cordarrell hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Lucas Teyo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leandro Donostia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lucas Teyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Leandro Donostia made a huge save. Melchor Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boca Juniors M.E.C's Leandro Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Playo in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors M.E.C's Cirilo Cordarrell got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors M.E.C's zone, Melchor Playo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Donostia came out of the goal and Melchor Playo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Leandro Donostia managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Bicha's Lucas Teyo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Boca Juniors M.E.C's Leandro Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Playo in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Playo in the 41st minute of play forced Boca Juniors M.E.C's goalkeeper Leandro Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Boca Juniors M.E.C getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Astor Dodorol hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Melchor Playo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Donostia was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Bicha's Benigno Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Ted in the 67th minute of play. Leandro Donostia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Playo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Lucas Teyo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Bicha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Teyo couldn't finish the play. Melchor Playo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Leandro Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucas Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bicha's Melchor Playo in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Benjamin Frances might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benigno Elia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Frances ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Teyo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Donostia saved Boca Juniors M.E.C from getting behind. Melchor Playo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Donostia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. If Lucas Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Playo in the 92nd minute of play forced Boca Juniors M.E.C's goalkeeper Leandro Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bicha players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
