Rudolf Arvid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Emenon in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Peyami Yavuzcan made a precise shot to the right of Ermegildo Mirande. Malbica FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Malbica FC's Ermegildo Mirande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peyami Yavuzcan in the 18th minute of play. Lorenzo Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ermegildo Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Metalistic booed when Malbica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Crispo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Mirande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Benet, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Rudolf Arvid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Cordearo in the 25th minute of play. When Nemesio Elequemedo fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Metalistic's protests and gave Nemesio Elequemedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Nemesio Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Metalistic booed when Malbica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Metalistic's Peyami Yavuzcan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peyami Yavuzcan in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Mirande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moises Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Mirande having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Metalistic's Nemesio Elequemedo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Malbica FC's Marcial Emenon got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peyami Yavuzcan to strike the kick off in the second half. Metalistic's Rudolf Arvid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Cordearo in the 52nd minute of play. Alvaro Frasco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rudolf Arvid having to make a save. In the 53rd minute, Lázaro Cordearo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malbica FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peyami Yavuzcan got free with Ermegildo Mirande in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Malbica FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Daniel Vincente hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Malbica FC's Alvaro Frasco got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After having played for 70 minutes, Alvaro Frasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malbica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Frasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peyami Yavuzcan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Ermegildo Mirande 74 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Malbica FC defense, Peyami Yavuzcan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Mirande. The Malbica FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Mirande should have stopped the shot. Ermegildo Mirande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyami Yavuzcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peyami Yavuzcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Mirande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. If Moises Juvenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
