In the 9th minute, Edgard Gimenez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Edgard Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gmo Brown's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Gimenez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Mirande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Narciso Laffitte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Mirande having to interfere. Edgard Gimenez struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ermegildo Mirande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gmo Brown. If Narciso Laffitte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jaime Machado fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malbica FC's protests and gave Jaime Machado a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Malbica FC's Jaime Machado got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ermegildo Mirande made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Edgard Gimenez sent off a good shot on target. Igor Sandalio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Korkut Özver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Cordearo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Laffitte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Daniel Vincente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Gmo Brown's Uriel Ekialde tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

When Gmo Brown's Edgard Gimenez in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malbica FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 55 played minutes Gmo Brown got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Laffitte. Korkut Özver made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Alvaro Frasco sent off a good shot on target. Gmo Brown's Edgard Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Korkut Özver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Cordearo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Edgard Gimenez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gmo Brown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A collision led to Malbica FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Elpidio Pitin hit a great ball. Edgard Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ermegildo Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Mirande came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Gmo Brown's Narciso Laffitte. But to his dismay, Narciso Laffitte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gmo Brown walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
